Loved It: Getting Fit

Don't worry, I'm not delusional and under the impression I'm fat. However, I do have a little fat I'd like to loose. It's just, well, the motivation can be lacking sometimes. Granted I should have found plenty of motivation in the dressing room Saturday when I sadly discovered that the brightly colored skinny jean trend and I do not go together. At all. So how happy I was when a few of my friends asked me if I'd like to join them in a freindly weight loss competition!

We all got together and weighed in on the same scale. The weights were recorded. We have 8 weeks to loose.  And by loose, I mean win, of course.
Let the healthy eating and workouts begin! May the fittest gal win!

  2. Yes well not all of us have a baby to suck on our nipples and burn calories for us. Some of us have to work at being skinny the old fashion way. Starvation. :) just kidding! I'm still eating and drinking! Kale and green tea! I can have as much as I want! Yummy!

  3. Another dieting tip: hang out with a 2 yr old . You will never again get to sit for a meal, and if you do manage to sit your 2 yr old will proceed to eat all the food off your plate before you can eat a decent fork full. "what's this, mama?"
